Body awarness does HATBAYOGA being with it?
our awarness of our bodies and mind is not as sharply developed as it is about the instruments and equipment we use in our daily lives. for example, we do not devote much thought to how we sit or stand, how we breathe, how our hearts beat, how our minds function. the demands of the external world preoccupy us and our actions are generally a direct and automatic response to these demands. It is only when the system fails, when we exprience some disharmoney in the working of our mind and body that we recognise the need to attend to ourselves. it is only then that we analyse our reactions and search for an understanding, in turn leas us further into devising ways and means by which our actions can be refined.
